My Current Journey: Training with Purpose
Right now, I'm deep into training for a bike tour across lower Michigan. This isn't just a random ride; it's a huge goal that dictates every aspect of my training. From the type of workouts I do to their timing and intensity, everything is geared towards building the endurance and strength needed to conquer hundreds of miles over multiple days. This specific goal gives my training direction, meaning, and purpose.
Goals Don't Have to Be Grand
But here's the thing: goals don't have to be as grand as a multi-day bike tour! While big aspirations are fantastic, the most impactful goals are often the ones that are deeply personal and meaningful to you.
